Role Description The Food Technologist will work full time on-site at the Ahmedabad facility, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and refine texture solutions for food manufacturers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, performing sensory evaluations, and supporting formulation development to ensure product stability and consistency.
The role involves contributing to research and development projects, documenting test methods and results, and assisting in scaling formulations from lab to production. The Food Technologist will also work on quality control checks, troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with clients, and support continuous improvement of processes and products.
Qualifications
