The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive who is confident, commercially driven and passionate about residential real estate.
This is an opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys meeting customers, understanding their aspirations, presenting premium properties, conducting site visits, negotiating effectively and converting qualified prospects into successful bookings.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the complete sales journey and play an important role in building Leonaara's customer base and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Own the sales process from lead generation to booking and closure.
Generate and qualify leads through digital campaigns, outbound calls, references, channel partners, networking and other sources.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget and investment objectives.
Present Leonaara projects with a solid understanding of location, design, specifications, amenities, pricing and value proposition.
Conduct professional and engaging site visits and project presentations.
Build strong relationships with prospective customers and maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the decision-making process.
Handle customer queries, negotiations and objections effectively to drive conversions.
