Role Overview We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities




Coordinate between the customers, and internal departments (logistics, accounts, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment
Process sales orders, prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules
Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and CRM/reporting systems
Follow up with customers on order status, payments, and delivery timelines
Handle customer inquiries and resolve day-to-day issues promptly
Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and sales forecasts
Coordinate with suppliers/principals for stock availability and pricing updates
Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients across industries such as fabrication, OEMs, chemicals, plastics, shipping, and textiles
Ensure timely documentation, including purchase orders, delivery challans, and sales contracts
Track outstanding payments and coordinate with accounts for collections
