As we expand our footprint beyond Indian borders, we are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Exports Manager to lead our international supply chain and bring our liquid gold to the world.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Exports Manager to oversee and execute our end-to-end overseas export operations. You will act as the bridge between our production facilities in India and our international distributors, ensuring that our products reach global markets efficiently, legally, and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of international trade, alcohol compliance, and global freight logistics.
Manage the complete export cycle from order receipt to final delivery at international destination ports.
Freight Management: Negotiate rates and coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
Inventory Tracking: Collaborate with the production and warehousing teams to forecast export demand and ensure adequate stock availability for international orders.
Compliance & Documentation
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all shipments comply with international trade laws, destination-country alcohol regulations (e.g., TTB in the US, HMRC in the UK), and Indian EXIM policies.
Customs & Excise: Manage all export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, and excise clearances.
Labeling & Packaging: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure all export batches meet country-specific labeling, packaging, and health warn
