Role Description The Academic Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based at Johnson’s Academy in Bengaluru. This role involves guiding students and families through program selection,



helping them understand course structures, learning pathways, and progression options across music, dance, and creative arts. The Academic Counselor conducts one-on-one counseling sessions, supports academic planning, and offers career-oriented guidance related to performing arts education and future opportunities. Daily responsibilities include tracking student progress, coordinating with instructors, addressing academic or engagement concerns, and recommending suitable interventions or support. The role also includes participating in enrollment activities, orientations, and events, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a supportive, student-centered learning environment.
