Bluebird R&D; Centre Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical Director to lead Android-based software engineering programs and drive high-quality product delivery.

Key Requirements:

25+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership.
Strong expertise in Android Mobile Applications, Android BSP Drivers, and Android Framework.
Proven experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and customer engagement.
Robust people management, mentoring, and team leadership skills.
Experience in operations management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputed institution (NIRF Rank below 50 preferred).





Key Responsibilities:

Lead software engineering teams delivering Android-based products and solutions.
Drive project execution, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage project risks, escalations, and operational challenges.
Oversee team performance, budgets, and resource planning.
Mentor engineering leaders and build a high-performance culture.
Align technical execution with business objectives and customer expectations.
