We are looking for an experienced Workday Implementation Project Manager to lead the internal coordination, governance, and execution of a large-scale Workday implementation.
This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with Workday, implementation partners, third-party vendors, functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, Payroll, and senior leadership to ensure the implementation stays on track across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and business readiness.

What You'll Own
Lead the overall Workday implementation project plan across functional, technical, data, integrations, testing, payroll, security, training, change management, deployment, and stabilization.
Establish and manage project governance, meeting cadence, decision-making, escalation paths, and executive reporting.

Define and track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and critical-path activities.
Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, resources, contracts, and business objectives.
Maintain project governance artifacts including RAID logs, risk/issue registers, decision logs, action trackers, dependency trackers, change-control logs, and project documentation.
Lead project, workstream, steering committee, readiness, and executive meetings.
Identify schedule risks, resource constraints, scope gaps, unresolved decisions, and cross-functional dependencies before they impact delivery.
Hold internal teams, implementation partners, and vendors accountable for agreed deliverables and timelines.
Manage scope and change control, including cost, timeline, resource, and operational impact assessments.
