Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to lead and expand our global sales business across international markets. The role will be responsible for developing overseas markets, acquiring international clients, driving export sales, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute international sales strategies for assigned global markets.
Identify current countries, distributors, importers, wholesalers, and B2B customers.
Generate, qualify, and convert international business leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers and key accounts.
Drive export sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, order confirmation, and closure.




Conduct market research to identify market potential, customer requirements, competitors, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
Prepare and negotiate quotations, commercial proposals, pricing, payment terms, and sales agreements.
Develop country-wise and customer-wise sales plans.
Coordinate with Export Documentation, Finance, Logistics, QA/QC, Production, and other internal teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor customer orders, shipments, payments, and receivables in coordination with relevant departments.
Develop distributor and channel-partner networks in international markets.
Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer meetings, and business meetings when required.
Track competitor activities and international market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market reports, and management MIS.
Ensure strong customer retention, repeat business, and long-term account growth.
Handle customer escalations
