Rugged Monitoring is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Projects & Delivery team in Hyderabad. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end execution of industrial automation and condition-based monitoring projects, from planning through delivery, while managing client relationships and driving commercial discussions.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution for industrial automation and condition-based monitoring projects
Set and manage project timelines, budgets, and scope
Build and maintain solid client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee and support project engineers, assigning tasks and coaching on delivery
Drive commercial discussions with clients, including scoping and pricing conversations
Monitor project deliverables and proactively flag risks or delays
Present regular project updates to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in industrial automation, monitoring, or a related technical field
Strong client-facing and commercial negotiation skills
Experience managing engineering or technical delivery teams
Excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skills
Based in or willing to work from Hyderabad
