As we enter our next phase of high-growth, we are looking for a Head of Human Resources who can build and lead the people function at scale.

The Role-
This is a builder's role.




We are looking for someone who has experience in high-growth startups / scale-ups, has built HR systems and processes from the ground up, and knows how to bring structure without slowing down the business.
You will partner closely with the founders and leadership team and own the people agenda end-to-end — from talent and culture to performance, leadership development, employee relations, compensation and compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities-
1. People Strategy & HR Business Partnership
Own and drive the people strategy aligned with Elecbits' business and growth plans.
Partner closely with founders, leadership and business heads on people and organizational decisions.
Drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and people interventions.
Build a culture of ownership, accountability and high performance.
