Description
Oversee daily facility operations, including hard services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety systems, lifts, and building maintenance.
Manage soft services including housekeeping, security, catering, landscaping, pest control, waste management, reception, and other workplace support services.
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent service delivery.
Conduct site inspections, monitor service quality, and ensure incidents, maintenance issues, and client concerns are resolved promptly.
Act as the main in office contact for the client, supporting operational reviews, meetings,



site walk-throughs, and service improvement initiatives.
Ensure Health & Safety and compliance requirements are followed, while maintaining accurate operational and administrative documentation.
Supervise on-site personnel, including recruitment support, onboarding, training, and performance management.

Ideal Profile
Master's degree or higher.
Minimum 5 years of relevant Facility Management/Site Management experience.
Strong understanding of commercial/site facility operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented approach.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems.
CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
