Insurance & Global Partnerships Manager
Department: Insurance & Global Partnerships
Location: Dubai / Delhi (with international travel as required)
Reports to: CEO / Director – Global Operations

Position Summary
The Insurance & Global Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with international insurance companies, assistance companies, TPAs, embassies, hospitals, medical tourism companies, and corporate clients. The role also oversees insurance operations, commercial negotiations, partner onboarding, and business development to expand the global network of Air Medical 24x7.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard international insurance companies, assistance companies, and TPAs.
Negotiate commercial agreements, SLAs, pricing, and payment terms.
Build long-term partnerships with hospitals, airlines, air ambulance operators, and ground ambulance providers.
Act as the primary relationship manager for strategic accounts.
Manage insurance cases requiring commercial approvals and coordination.
Work closely with Operations,



Medical, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure seamless case execution.
Monitor partner performance and ensure SLA compliance.
Resolve escalations and maintain high customer and partner satisfaction.
Develop annual business development and market expansion plans.
Represent Air Medical 24x7 at international healthcare, insurance, and aviation conferences.
Maintain CRM records, commercial documentation, and partnership reports.

Preferred Experience
8–12 years of experience in:
International Assistance Companies
Health or Travel Insurance
TPAs
Air Ambulance or Medical Evacuation
Healthcare or Medical Tourism
Existing relationships with international insurers and assistance companies are highly desirable.
Experience in commercial negotiations and contract management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Insurance, Aviation, or a related field.
