Regalium is a 1.1 million sq. ft. business and innovation destination being developed by the
Machani Group in Koramangala, Bengaluru.

It brings together offices, GCCs, family offices, investors, technology companies, innovation
labs, executive education, hospitality, wellness and retail, all within one ecosystem.

The idea is simple: Regalium should be a place where companies don't just take an office,
but become part of a larger business community.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who knows commercial leasing and the GCC market and can
help us bring international companies to Regalium.

The goal is not just to lease office space. We want someone who can identify companies
looking to enter India, understand what they are trying to build here, get in front of the right
people and show them why Regalium is the right place to establish their India presence.

That means understanding the entire GCC journey, from deciding to enter India, choosing
Bengaluru,



setting up the team and office, to eventually growing that presence.

You will be expected to bring your own relationships and network, but also build new ones
across international companies, GCC leaders, corporate real estate teams, consultants, IPCs,
trade bodies and other relevant networks.

What You'll Do
● Identify and build relationships with international companies looking to set up or expand their GCCs in India.
● Build a strong pipeline of greenfield GCC opportunities for Regalium.
● Speak with GCC Heads, CXOs, Country Heads, Corporate Real Estate and Workplace teams.
● Take opportunities from the first conversation through commercial negotiations and closure.
● Work with IPCs, GCC advisors, consultants, trade bodies and consulates to create recent opportunities.
● Understand what a company actually needs from its India setup and connect that need to what Regalium can offer.
● Work closely with the wider Machani
