Managerial Activities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fund accountants and operations associates in executing daily fund accounting and operational activities for clients.
Manage client relationships, address escalations, resolve operational issues and queries, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Ensure achievement of defined KPIs and KRAs while maintaining high service quality standards.
Train recent joiners and oversee the day-to-day activities of fund accounting associates through regular review, monitoring, and validation of work.
Liaise with auditors during SOC audit engagements and support audit-related requirements.
Support talent acquisition initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, and team management.
Core Activities
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for Private Credit Funds, including Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, Statements of Assets & Liabilities, and Profit & Loss Statements.
Develop hands-on expertise in resolving client and team queries related to fund accounting and operations.




Manage daily reconciliations between the IVP Accounting tool and Custodian/Prime Broker records.
Ensure accurate accrual of fund income and expenses, including management and performance fees, in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Process all capital activities accurately and within timelines, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, roll-ups, capital commitments, and capital calls.
Manage daily cash flows related to trades and monitor overall fund liquidity and cash positions.
Prepare investor and client reports, including audit confirmations, trade confirmations, and other reporting requirements.
Communicate fund-related transactions effectively and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate accounting packages.
Assist with new client onboarding and implementation activities.
Provide functional support for client configurations and data loading processes.
