About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Manager,



People Operations & HRBP – India & APAC to lead and scale People Operations across the region while partnering closely with managers and business leaders as an HR Business Partner.
This role will own the employee lifecycle and operational foundation across India and APAC, including onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, HR policies, compliance, and People programs. In addition, the role will provide hands-on HRBP support to leaders on employee relations, performance, organizational changes, and people-related decisions.
Location: Hybrid – Bangalore, India
Reports to: Chief People Officer
What you'll do:
Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle across India and APAC, from offer acceptance through offboarding.
Lead onboarding and offboarding programs, ensuring a seamless and consistent employee experience.
Manage employment offers, contracts, compensation changes, promotions, transfers, and other
