As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the design of complex digital experiences across responsive web and mobile applications while helping shape product direction and customer outcomes. You'll drive discovery, facilitate cross-functional collaboration,



mentor fellow designers, and influence product strategy through thoughtful design, research, and data-informed decision making. This role balances strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design of complex product initiatives, from discovery and concept development through delivery and continuous improvement
Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to define problems, identify opportunities, and create user-centered solutions
Facilitate discovery activities, including stakeholder workshops, journey mapping, concept exploration, and experience visioning to inform product direction
Translate user research, analytics, and business insights into design strategies that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
Explore multiple design concepts, iterate based on user feedback and testing, and
