Qualification:
• BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• PG in Construction management is desirable
Experience:
4-8 years of relevant experience
Job Description:
• Preparation of project plan & project budget
• Implementation of project plan & ensure logical sequencing of plan based on resources
• Planning resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the project plan
• Monitor construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays / deviations in advance
• Preparation of method statement & submission to management / clients / consultants for approval
• Regular interaction with sub-contractors for progress review
• Preparation of time cycle charts of major activities of work
• Conduct progress review meetings at regular intervals.
• Analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team.
• Responsible for Budgeting / ACE (Acceptable Cost Estimate)
• Periodic review of JCR (Job cost review)
Desired profile:
• The candidate must have hands on experience in Planning & Budgeting (ACE) for high rise residential & commercial towers
• Candidate must have working knowledge of MS Project and Primavera
