Qualification, Experience & Desired Skills:
B.E./B.Tech. in Mineral Processing
Solid understanding of bauxite crushing systems, belt conveyor systems, material handling systems, mineral processing operations, and bauxite quality management.
Knowledge of bauxite ore characteristics, including moisture, cohesiveness, agglomeration and their impact on material handling, processing efficiency, and product quality.
8 - 10 years of experience in mineral crushing & screening, processing, and material handling operations in metal mines preferable bauxite.
Experience in ore blending, stockyard management, dispatch operations, conveyor systems, and bauxite quality management.
Exposure to commissioning, ramp-up, and operation of crushing, mineral processing and long-distance material transport facilities preferred.
knowledge in large-scale mechanized mining and high-capacity crushing & conveying systems.
Technical knowhow of latest technologies including mobile crushing and screening.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Crushing, Material Handling & Dispatch Operations
Manage end-to-end crushing,



screening, conveying, stockyard, blending, and dispatch operations to achieve production, throughput, quality, and targets.
Ensure optimum utilization and reliability of crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors, stackers, hoppers, and associated material handling systems.
Identify bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvements in productivity, reliability, recovery, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.
Ensure uninterrupted ore flow from mine face to stockyard and dispatch facilities.
Coordinate with Mining, Geology, Logistics, and Commercial teams to achieve production, quality, and dispatch objectives.

2. Mineral Processing & Bauxite Quality Management
Manage bauxite quality parameters including Alumina (Al₂O₃), THA, Reactive Silica, Total Silica, Fe₂O₃, TiO₂, LOI, Moisture, and Particle Size Distribution.
Coordinate with Geology and Mine Planning teams for grade control,
