✔ Monitor critical design-stage process checkpoints and ensure compliance with established procedures.
✔ Verify compliance through records, reports, approvals, and documented evidence.
✔ Maintain audit trackers, pending reports, and closure reports.
✔ Coordinate with stakeholders for timely updates and escalate long-pending cases.
✔ Identify process deviations and ensure timely follow-up for corrective actions.
✔ Prepare periodic audit and compliance reports for management.
✔ Ensure adherence to company design process standards through regular audits.

Qualifications
? B.Tech/B.E. (Civil), B.Arch, or a related discipline.

Experience
✔ 2–3 years of experience in auditing, compliance, project coordination, design operations, or process monitoring.
