Role Summary
This role leads a team providing agile methodology services to cross-functional technology-related project(s) or product(s) teams, demonstrating technical expertise to improve productivity of teams and quality of work processes and outcomes. Project(s) or product(s) often have enterprise-wide implications. This role also ensures agile best practices are embedded in delivery,
manages stakeholder alignment, and drives team performance through metrics and continuous feedback.
Responsibilites
Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
Leads, builds, and coaches high performing teams in the delivery of technology-related products or projects, ensuring team actions are aligned with project and business goals. Instruct and coach other professionals.
Leads planning, team learning, and adaptation of processes to ensure the quality of team solutions.
Enables a continuous learning workplace, identifying ways to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate to technical capabilities.
