Role overview
LexiConn builds and runs AI-powered, human-in-the-loop content systems for enterprise clients.
You will help run and improve AI-driven workflows that produce content at scale, ensuring every output is accurate, relevant, well-structured, on-voice and ready for human approval.

This role requires editorial judgment and an aptitude for AI systems.

Key responsibilities
Understand the client's audience, objectives, sources, brand guidelines and quality bar.
Organize source documents, briefs, references and approved claims.
Configure and test prompts, templates, AI agents and workflows.
Run workflows for articles, case studies, social, video scripts, learning assets and localization.
Evaluate AI output for accuracy, clarity, relevance, structure and tone.
Check claims against approved sources; flag unsupported or misleading information.
Flag missing context, weak arguments, repetition and inappropriate language.
Refine outputs before editor or client review.
Apply editorial, factual,



brand and compliance checks.
Turn feedback into improved prompts, rules, templates and checks.
Maintain SOPs, workflow docs and change logs.
Track turnaround, acceptance rates, exceptions, costs and recurring failures.

What success looks like
Within six months, you should be able to:
Independently run at least six production content workflows.
Make sound editorial decisions using the brief, source material and defined standards.
Identify when an AI output is incorrect, incomplete, weak or unsuitable.
Improve prompts and workflows based on recurring quality issues.
Know when to correct and when to escalate a decision.
Cut manual effort without lowering editorial quality.

Candidate profile
1–3 years in writing, editing, research, content quality or digital content production.
Robust English and sound editorial judgment.
