Channel Management & Engagement Build, manage and grow multi tier channel ecosystems including distributors, dealers, retailers, and sub channel partners.

Channel Sales & Marketing Design and execute joint GTM strategies, co marketing campaigns, and channel specific promotions that drive sell through, revenue growth, and brand visibility across partner networks.

Channel Scheme Management Structure, launch, and govern incentive schemes, slabs, targets, and performance tiers.

Channel Rewards Management & Budgeting Understand and manage end to end rewards fulfilment,
