Role Description The Counsellor role at Buzzmint Media is a full-time remote position focused on providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams. In this role, the Counsellor will conduct consultations to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, and offer tailored recommendations related to brand communication, audience engagement, and digital presence. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and conducting online counselling sessions, documenting discussions,



preparing action plans, and collaborating with account managers and creative teams to align client expectations with project outcomes. The Counsellor will maintain regular follow-ups with clients to monitor progress, provide ongoing support, and escalate concerns when needed. The role also involves contributing to internal training, helping team members improve client communication, and ensuring a professional, empathetic, and solution-driven approach in all interactions.
