Role Description The Associate Director Record To Report is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role oversees end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes, including general ledger accounting, period close, reconciliations,



and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The individual will lead and mentor R2R teams, define process standards, implement best practices, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders such as FP&A;, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring close calendars, reviewing journal entries and reconciliations, managing issue resolution, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with HighRadius’ AI-driven finance capabilities. The role also involves partnering with product and implementation teams to support system enhancements, automation opportunities, and scalable controls for global finance operations.
Qualifications
