Senior Executive – Transformation & Analytics

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical qualified with strong quantitative, mathematical, and data science capabilities to support airline network planning, schedule optimization, frequency planning, and revenue management transformation initiatives. The role requires a combination of advanced analytics, optimization modeling, business intelligence, and stakeholder engagement to enable data-driven decision making across commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

Mathematical Modelling & Operations Research
Develop mathematical and analytical models to support schedule optimization, forecasting, frequency planning, fleet deployment, and network profitability analysis.
Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate business impacts under different market and operational conditions.
Leverage Python-based optimization frameworks and statistical methods to solve complex planning problems.
Data Analytics, Reporting & Business Intelligence
Use SQL and Python to acquire, transform,



and analyze large datasets from commercial and operational systems.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
Leverage latest developments in the field of AI for business intelligence and decision-support
Business Engagement & Transformation Support
Collaborate with Network Planning, Revenue Management, Scheduling, Digital, and Business teams to understand analytical requirements.
Support requirements gathering, validation, and user acceptance activities for optimization and analytics initiatives.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for stakeholders.
Prepare documentation, presentations, and executive summaries to support decision making.
