Role Description This is a full-time, in office Civil Engineer role based in Faridabad. The Civil Engineer will support planning, designing, and supervising construction activities for infrastructure and building projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and technical documentation, coordinating with project managers, architects, and contractors, and monitoring work progress against schedules and quality standards.



The role involves conducting site inspections, verifying materials and workmanship, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, and assisting with cost estimates, quantity calculations, and reporting. The Civil Engineer will also help resolve technical issues on-site and contribute to continuous improvement in construction methods and project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, structural analysis, and construction methods.
Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, basic MS Office; knowledge of STAAD or similar software is an advantage).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations applicable to civil works.
