Role Description The Executive Customer Service role is a full-time, in office position based in Pune City. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. The Executive is expected to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs, providing clear information, and escalating complex cases when required.



Daily tasks include tracking interactions in internal systems, following established service procedures, coordinating with internal teams to resolve service or billing concerns, and meeting performance targets related to response time and quality. The role also includes gathering customer feedback and contributing to process improvements that enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, communicate clearly, and manage challenging interactions professionally.
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing consistent follow-up.
Knowledge of Customer Service Management practices, such as using ticketing or CRM tools and adhering to service level agreements.
