Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager to lead the hiring and onboarding of Field Recruiters and Telecallers. The ideal candidate should have robust connections in the logistics, mobility, or staffing industry and experience in building recruitment teams. This role is responsible for ensuring the recruitment team is hired, trained, and ready to onboard auto drivers efficiently.
Responsibilities
Hire and onboard Field Recruiters and Telecallers.
Build and manage a strong recruitment team.
Use industry connections to identify and hire quality candidates.
Train new team members on recruitment and onboarding processes.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance.
Coordinate with operations to meet driver onboarding targets.
Ensure all onboarding documents and processes are completed correctly.
Improve hiring and onboarding processes for better efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–6 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or team management.
Experience hiring for logistics, mobility, transportation, or blue-collar workforce is preferred.
Strong network within the logistics or staffing industry.
Good leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve hiring targets.
Preferred Experience
Experience in hiring delivery executives, drivers, warehouse staff, field sales teams, or similar blue-collar roles.
Experience managing recruitment teams and large-scale hiring operations.
