Role Overview:
We’re hiring Customer Success Analyst (CSA) Interns to work at the intersection of data, product, and AI. This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to how AI systems are deployed and scaled in enterprise environments. You won’t just be observing, you’ll actively contribute to solving real business problems alongside Customer Success, Product, and Tech teams.

Key Responsibilities
● Work with large datasets, cleaning, structuring,



and organizing data for analysis
● Perform data analysis to derive actionable insights for clients and internal teams
● Support in building and refining AI workflows, including prompt writing (based on interest)
● Conduct quality audits to identify product gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement areas
● Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
● Contribute to ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For
● Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data
● High ownership and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
● Positive communication and ability to structure thoughts clearly
● Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
● Prior exposure to data, analytics, or AI tools is a plus (not mandatory)
● Comfort with advanced Excel.
