Role Description
The Manager – Management Consulting is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This position involves leading consulting engagements for small and medium businesses by diagnosing client needs, designing strategic solutions, and driving implementation to improve business performance and profitability.




The Manager will oversee projects related to business process reengineering, business planning, organizational structuring, and market strategy development. Daily responsibilities include managing consulting teams, coordinating with clients, preparing proposals and reports, and presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
The role also requires collaborating across functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives, while contributing to Bramma's knowledge base and service development.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct business diagnostics, and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
