Role Description
The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore. This role is responsible for managing the brand’s social media presence across platforms, including planning and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing content strategies, optimizing social media profiles and posts for reach and engagement,



and coordinating with in-store staff to capture and share product updates, promotions, and events. The Social Media Manager will track performance metrics, prepare basic reports on campaign effectiveness, and suggest improvements based on data and trends. Collaboration with management on marketing campaigns and seasonal offerings is also a core part of the role.

Qualifications
Robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow online brand presence.
Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, create, and adapt engaging posts, captions, and campaigns.
Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers online, coordinating with in-store teams, and sharing updates clearly.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube) and basic analytics tools.
