About Saral
Saral AI is building a recruitment intelligence engine that helps hiring teams find and reach passive talent across the web with signals, without spending hours sourcing profiles manually.

What you’ll own
Build and improve Saral’s core ML and inference engine
Work on recruiter intelligence, candidate matching and fit scoring
Fine-tune models and improve inference logic using real hiring signals
Design and experiment with ranking, matching and recommendation systems
Build and manage data pipelines for sourcing, cleaning and enrichment
Own backend architecture, system design and production infrastructure
Work closely with product to turn hiring workflows into intelligent systems
Run experiments, measure results and continuously improve the engine
Build the infrastructure that can support Saral as data and usage scale

What we’re looking for
2+ years of engineering experience
Python and backend engineering fundamentals
Solid understanding of ML, LLMs, embeddings, ranking, and inferences
Worked with PostgreSQL and data pipelines




Hands-on with AWS and production infrastructure
Strong system design and architecture skills
Comfortable with data cleaning, transformation, and visualization
Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
Someone who enjoys experiments and figuring things out from first principles

You’ll have significant ownership over Saral’s ML engine, architecture, data systems, and the intelligence behind how we find and evaluate talent.
