Job Description

As an Oracle Database Engineer (DBA) you will plan, coordinate and administer database functions, documentation, upgrades, lifecycle,



long-range requirements, operational guidelines and data protection. In this role you will regularly work with Micron?s Business Units to ensure solutions meet or exceed business requirements. The goal is to provide a seamless flow of information throughout the company, considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users.

Responsibilities And Tasks

Ensure performance, security, and availability of all databases.
Implement common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration through automation practices.
Create well designed infrastructure automation deliverables using a variety of tools and approaches.
Investigate and fix database-related issues, including connectivity problems, performance degradation.
Partner with development teams to design productive and scalable database structures.
