Position: HR Generalist
Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience: 2 to 4 Years in a similar HR role, preferably within the IT industry
Qualification: MSW / MHRM / MBA – HR
Joining: Candidates available to join within 7 days preferred

Key Responsibilities
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing and supporting various HR functions across the organization, including:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and onboarding.
Conduct employee induction and ensure a smooth joining experience for recent employees.
Manage employee exit formalities, including resignation processes, clearance, documentation, and full & final coordination.
Maintain positive employee relations and address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
Manage attendance, leave records, and related HR documentation.
Coordinate and support payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary-related inputs.
