About the Role
Back2Study is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Key Account Manager to support students aspiring to pursue higher education in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, managing the end-to-end admission process, nurturing leads, and ensuring an exceptional student experience while achieving enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries regarding UK university admissions.
Counsel students on universities, courses, eligibility criteria, documentation, and admission procedures.
Guide students through the complete admission journey from enquiry to enrolment.
Assist with application submissions and coordinate with university partners for offer letters and updates.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximise conversions.
Generate referrals through campaigns and student engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications using CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding support.
Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in education counselling, admissions, telesales, customer relationship management, or student recruitment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Passion for international education and
