About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and entrepreneurial Brand & Marketing Executive who wants to be part of a startup journey and is excited by the opportunity to build a brand from scratch.
This is not a conventional marketing role. You will work closely with the founders and will have the opportunity to shape our brand identity, digital presence, marketing strategy, communication, and go-to-market activities from the ground up.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, willing to take ownership, comfortable working independently, and excited about building something rather than simply maintaining something that already exists.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Building
Develop and execute the company's overall branding strategy.
Assist in creating the brand identity, positioning,



messaging, tone of voice, and visual communication.
Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, product catalogues, company profiles, packaging concepts, etc.
Ensure consistency of branding across all communication channels.
Help establish a robust and differentiated brand presence in the market.
2. Digital Marketing
Plan and manage the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.
Create and coordinate engaging content including posts, reels, videos, creatives, product stories, and educational content.
Manage the company's website content and coordinate updates.
Work on SEO, Google presence, email marketing and other digital marketing initiatives.
Track digital performance and continuously improve campaigns.
3. Content & Communication
Develop creative content that communicates our products, technology, capabilities and story effectively.
