? What You’ll Do
Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with business and product goals
Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing engineering team across Backend, Frontend, MLOps, DevOps and QA
Drive the architecture and development of scalable AI/ML products
Own engineering initiatives from concept through deployment and iteration
Make key technology and build-vs-buy decisions
Establish engineering KPIs and drive improvements in reliability,
performance and quality
Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science and Design teams
?️ What We’re Looking For
✔ 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
✔ Strong expertise in AI/ML systems and cloud platforms – AWS/GCP/Azure
✔ Proficiency in Python, Go, Java or similar
✔ Robust understanding of system architecture, distributed systems and data infrastructure
✔ Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams
✔ Experience in a product-based company, preferably AI/ML, SaaS or technology products
✔ Startup/scale-up experience is an advantage
✔ Exposure to LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
