Business Development Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth. This role covers three areas: winning new clients, growing existing accounts, and managing strategic partnerships. This is an individual contributor role, open to candidates with 1–6 years of experience. Candidates earlier in their career with solid fundamentals are welcome. More experienced candidates will get greater ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development

Identify and prioritize target accounts in BFSI, retail, and related enterprise segments
Build and manage a pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and inbound leads
Run discovery calls to understand prospect needs and map them to Kentrix's products
Own the full sales cycle: pitching, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Account Growth

Manage relationships with existing clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite
Track account health, usage, and renewal timelines; address risks proactively




Work with delivery and product teams to turn client success into account expansion
Partner Management

Identify and evaluate potential business partners, such as data providers, technology platforms, and channel/reseller partners
Own partnership discussions end-to-end: outreach, structuring the deal, negotiation, and signing
Manage relationships with existing partners and ensure both sides are getting value
Track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, and report on partnership performance
Coordinate with internal teams (product, legal, delivery) to make partnerships operational
General

Keep the CRM updated with accurate pipeline and forecast data
Work with marketing on account-based campaigns and content needs
Represent Kentrix at industry events, webinars, and client meetings
