Job Description
We are seeking an experienced lawyer to help lead and scale our Global Legal Services team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will combine deep commercial contracting expertise with proven people leadership and legal operations acumen. You will help build and manage a high-performing team, optimize legal service delivery through process and technology, and serve as a trusted partner to global business and legal stakeholders across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
The Team Leader of the GLS will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the GLS in Bangalore. The key responsibilities will be as follows:
Operational Management - The Team Leader shall manage the day-to-day running of the Team, with all junior lawyers reporting directly to them. This includes setting up all necessary processes for the GLS team and liaising with Legal Operations to establish and refine KPIs. The role requires establishing governance
