The Role
This is a cold-calling role at its core , and we mean cold calling done well.
You'll take the time to understand each client's product, identify their ideal customer profile, research prospects,



and engage decision-makers through thoughtful, personalized conversations. Your objective is to build genuine connections that lead to qualified sales meetings—not simply make high volumes of calls.
What You'll Own
Book sales-qualified meetings for Thyleads' clients through strategic outbound prospecting.
Research target accounts and decision-makers before every outreach.
Execute personalized outreach through cold calls, Linked In, and email.
Write compelling B2 B messaging for outbound campaigns.
Handle objections confidently and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Collaborate closely with client sales and marketing teams.
Participate in weekly client meetings and campaign reviews.
Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently achieve outreach targets.
What You Bring
0 –3 years of experience in B2 B Sales or Business Development.
Proven experience in cold calling (mandatory).
