Company Description Essenzaa Pilates is a premium women-focused Reformer Pilates brand based in Indore, founded by Sneha Khandelwal, India’s first fully certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we are strengthening our customer-acquisition capability and are looking for a hands-on Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist.
What we are looking for
We need someone who can take a business objective or service we want to grow and build the complete campaign strategy around it — not someone who only runs Meta or Google Ads.
You should be able to:
Develop the campaign concept, customer proposition, messaging and offer strategy
Create compelling offers that drive action without relying only on discounts
Identify the right customer segments and acquisition approach
Define the creative strategy hooks, scripts, videos, graphics, testimonials, founder-led content and creative variations required for each campaign
Plan how paid advertising and organic content work together around the campaign
Personally plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads and Google Search Ads
Build prospecting and retargeting strategies
Review website/landing-page journeys and identify conversion opportunities
Understand the complete journey from Customer insight → Campaign idea → Proposition → Offer → Messaging → Creative strategy → Organic support → Meta → Google → Landing/funnel → CRM/nurture → Conversion → CAC/revenue measurement.
Have practical understanding of CRM, lead nurturing, WhatsApp workflows and conversion tracking for a growing business
Measure performance through qualified leads, CAC, conversions and revenue — not just reach, clicks or CPL
Use performance data to determine what to test, change, stop and scale
Experience we value
Solid preference for candidates with proven customer-acquisition experience in premium/high-ticket consumer services such as fitness, wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, premium education, luxury or similar categories.
