Job Description: Google Ads Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical skills, hands-on experience managing advertising budgets, and a proven track record of driving high-quality leads, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Management:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Remarketing.
Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Develop campaign structures aligned with business goals and customer journeys.
Manage daily campaign operations, including budget allocation, bid adjustments, and audience targeting.
Performance Optimization

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Quality Score.
Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, creatives,



and bidding strategies.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
Analyze search term reports and implement negative keyword strategies.
Tracking & Analytics

Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.
Monitor attribution models and conversion paths to improve campaign effectiveness.
Use AI & Build dashboards and generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and tracking integrity across campaigns.
Landing Page & Funnel Optimization

Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to improve landing page performance.
Recommend CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives based on user behavior and campaign data.
Ensure consistency between ad messaging and landing page experience.
