Role Description This is a full-time, role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, and institutions, building a strong pipeline of prospects. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, delivering presentations, and developing proposals tailored to client requirements. The Business Development Manager will maintain and grow key accounts, negotiate contracts and pricing, and collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of customized workwear solutions. They will also track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute to strategic planning to achieve revenue and growth targets.

and account management skills, with a proven ability to generate and close current business.
Relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with diverse clients and partners.
Market research, prospecting, and pipeline management skills to identify opportunities and prioritize leads.
Presentation, communication, and proposal-writing skills to clearly convey value propositions and solutions.
Experience in apparel, uniforms, corporate merchandising, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
