Key Responsibilities:
Technical Analysis: Basic understanding of data center infrastructure, data warehouse, cyber security, networking, and cloud services. Understanding client requirements for Infrastructure, Application, Data, and Microsoft 365 migration to cloud.
Quantitative Analysis: Build business cases to justify technology innovations by identifying relevant cost heads, perks, savings, and business value.
Financial Analysis: Build robust financial models to showcase TCO, NPV, IRR, Payback Period, ROI, and other financial metrics for data-driven decisions related to cloud migration and digital transformation.
Account Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and satisfied. Oversee and manage activities of stakeholders across different teams to ensure all work is aligned with defined project processes and timelines.
Excel Modelling: Strong Microsoft Excel skills to create business case models, financial models, cost analysis, scenario analysis, and dashboards.
Business Model Innovation Capabilities:



Formulate technology and business strategies with key insights drawn from industry research sources such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and Microsoft.
Microsoft & Cloud Skills: Microsoft Certified professional with strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud Services, Modern Workplace, Teams, Security, and Identity. Ability to align Microsoft technologies with customer business requirements and transformation goals.
Presentation Skills: Present analysis, business cases, financial models, and recommendations to C-level audiences. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and executive-level storytelling.
Communication: As a client-facing role, requires proactive management of stakeholders across geographically dispersed virtual teams. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively.
