About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager / Client Partner / Account Manager to drive strategic customer relationships, business growth, and account management for large enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in IT Services and Software Consulting with the ability to understand technology, build solutions, manage delivery expectations, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
The role requires ownership of large strategic accounts, revenue growth, client satisfaction, governance, and end-to-end management of consulting and services engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with CXOs and key business stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customer engagements.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs),



Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and regular governance meetings.
Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and own overall CSAT for assigned accounts.
Regularly engage with clients, including visits to client offices in India where applicable.

Account Growth & Business Development
Own revenue and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
Increase wallet share by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic account plans.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal delivery and practice teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Account Management
Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with customer business objectives.
Maintain stakeholder mapping and account contact databases.
Track and update sales opportunities and account activities.
Prepare and manage resource planning, revenue forecasts, and account projection
