Role Description The Associate COO (Early-Career) – Operations | Founding Team role is an internship position based on-site in Hyderabad. This role supports the founding team in day-to-day operations, including planning and coordinating incubator programs, tracking key operational metrics, and ensuring smooth execution of founder-facing initiatives.
The Associate COO will help design and refine internal processes, support budgeting and resource allocation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows. Responsibilities include preparing operational reports, conducting data-driven analyses, assisting with partner and stakeholder coordination, and contributing to strategic decision-making for early-stage incubator initiatives.
