You'll work across a diverse portfolio of brands including Consumer, Corporate, and BFSI, developing campaigns that solve business challenges through powerful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Lead creative development across integrated campaigns, digital, social media, films, presentations, and brand communication.
Conduct in-depth consumer, category, competitor, and cultural research to uncover actionable insights.
Develop compelling copy across multiple formats—from long-form storytelling to high-impact digital content.
Simplify complex industries, especially BFSI, into engaging and easy-to-understand communication.




Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Design, and Client Servicing teams to develop solid creative solutions.
Mentor and guide junior copywriters through regular feedback and creative reviews.
Present concepts confidently to both internal teams and clients.
Stay updated with emerging trends in culture, technology, AI, and consumer behaviour.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in an Advertising, Branding, or Digital Agency.
Strong conceptual thinking and campaign development skills.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
Ability to convert research and insights into impactful creative ideas.
Experience working on or willingness to work on research-intensive categories like BFSI.
Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines efficiently.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with AI-powered research and creative tools is an added advant
