Role Overview




We are looking for an HR Recruiter Intern to own the day to day of hiring at Knya. You will find the right people, reach out to them, run them through our process, and stay with them right up to the day they join. This is a hands on role with real ownership from week one. You will see the direct impact of your work in every new face that walks into the office or a store. The internship runs for three months. If you do well, we will look to bring you on board full time with a pre-placement offer.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels for roles across office and retail.
• Write and post job openings, and keep listings active and refreshed.
• Reach out to candidates, pitch the role and the brand, and build a strong first impression of Knya.
• Screen profiles and run first round calls to check fit, intent, notice period, and expectations.
