Purpose of the Job

Support the Head of Corporate Finance in structuring, negotiating and securing value-accretive M&A; transactions and strategic partnerships for ENGIE India, while ensuring capital discipline, rating awareness and covenant alignment in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
