Most "founder's office" roles are just a fancier name for chaos-management. This one has a specific job: take the operational load off a founder currently running stockist coordination, order tracking, and reporting all by herself – while sitting close enough to the design decisions to understand why they're made.
This isn't a design job. It's roughly 70% operations execution, 30% design literacy – and both halves matter.
What You'll Do
Coordinate directly with stockists on stock, licensing, and monthly sales reports
Own the order-to-production handoff and track it through to completion
Maintain the stock directory, order tracker, and reporting dashboards
Support hiring/contract paperwork
Turn scattered team liaison into a structured monthly report for the Founder
Provide on-ground support at exhibitions
Handle real administrative work – Excel, documentation, emails. Not optional, not beneath the role.
What We're Looking For
A design education – but you've already decided your interest is how a design business runs, not designing yourself
About a year of work experience
Comfortable owning admin work alongside higher-level coordination
Confident written and verbal communicator – you'll be the one talking to stockists directly
Genuinely ready to build a life in Bathinda, not just interested in the brand
Not for you if:
You want to be designing collections from day one
You're a fresh graduate looking to learn on the job
You're coming from a bigger city without real intent to relocate and stay
Compensation: ₹4.20–4.80 LPA, negotiable for the right fit
Location: Bathinda, Punjab
Work Arrangement: Work from Office, 6 days a week
If this sounds like the kind of operational ownership you've been looking for – not a stepping stone, an actual seat close to the founder – apply below.
